Please read these Ticket Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for Tamar Community Wrestling (TCW) events. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Ticket purchase and validityTickets are purchased for specific TCW events at the advertised date, time, and location.
Your ticket grants you entry to the specified event only.
Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser or their accompanying party (within the number of tickets purchased). TCW reserves the right to request identification upon entry.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct tickets for the desired event. TCW will not be responsible for errors made during the booking process.
Tickets remain the property of TCW and are issued subject to these terms and conditions and the venue’s terms and conditions.
Pricing and payment Ticket prices are as displayed on the official TCW website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Booking fees or handling charges may apply and will be clearly displayed during the purchase process.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using the accepted payment methods.
TCW reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.Ticket deliveryTickets are typically delivered electronically via email to the address provided during booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and that you can access your email.
If you do not receive your tickets within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24 hours before the event), please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Cancellations, postponements, and amendmentsTCW reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the date, time, venue, or advertised line-up of any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, venue issues, performer illness).
If an event is postponed, your original ticket will usually be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be offered a refund of the ticket price (excluding booking fees) within a specified timeframe.
If an event is cancelled entirely, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price (excluding booking fees). TCW will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the ticket holder (e.g., travel, accommodation).
TCW reserves the right to make changes to the advertised line-up or other aspects of the event without being obliged to offer refunds.
Refunds and exchangesExcept in the case of event cancellation or postponement where a refund is offered, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If offered, refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Booking fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled entirely by TCW.
Admission and conduct at eventsTicket holders must present a valid ticket (electronic or printed) for entry to the event.
Admission may be refused if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or not purchased from an authorised seller.
Attendees are required to adhere to the TCW Code of Conduct (as displayed on our website) and the venue’s terms and conditions.
TCW reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or in violation of the Code of Conduct or venue rules, without refund.
Intellectual propertyPhotography and videography are generally permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. Flash photography may be restricted.
Commercial recording or broadcasting of the event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TCW.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that TCW and its performers retain all rights to the images, likenesses, and performances captured during the event.
Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, TCW shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at our events, except where caused by our negligence.
Ticket holders attend events at their own risk.
Governing lawThese Ticket Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
