It’s Rumble day…

25 January 2025

Good news! It’s Rumble day and we can’t wait to see you!

Start time
Just a reminder that doors will open at 4:30pm with a strict start time of 5:00pm – we’ve got an action packed night with the 30-man Mid Season Rumble as our main event. We anticipate being finished around 8:00pm.

Make your way to the Main Entrance of Stoke Damerel School and follow the signs to get to our registration desk where we’ll scan your ticket and get you in.

Seating
Seating is first-come-first-served (unless you’ve booked first or second row tickets) and this will be our biggest event yet – so get here early to ensure you get the best seats! Don’t panic too much, the “TCW arena” has banked seating so you’ll have a great view of every elimination no matter what seat you get!

Interval
There will be a short interval during the show where you can purchase food, drink, merchandise and go to the toilet – you can also do all of these things throughout the show too.

Food, drink and merchandise
We’ll have reasonably priced drinks, snacks and merchandise available for sale throughout the night. We accept contactless payments or cash (but contactless is preferred).

Charity raffle
As always, there will a charity raffle during the interval (raising money for Plymouth Hospitals Charity). This time we’ve got a gift voucher for Twist Board Game Cafe, a signed steel chair and tickets for the next TCW show to name just a few!

Sensory Tips for a Great Experience!
Wrestling shows are a blast, but they can also be a sensory overload! If you (or someone in your group) are sensitive to loud noises, bright lights, or crowds, here are some tips to help you enjoy the experience:

Before the show:
– Bring sensory tools: Earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones, sunglasses, or fidget toys can help manage sensory input.
– Plan for breaks: Know where quiet spaces are located in the venue, like lobbies or restrooms, in case you need a break from the action.
– Arrive early: This can help you acclimate to the environment before the show starts and the crowd arrives.

During the show:
– Choose your seat wisely: If possible, opt for seats further from the ring or near an exit for easier access to breaks.
– Communicate with your group: Let your friends or family know your needs and how they can support you.
– Take breaks when needed: Don’t hesitate to step out for a few minutes if you feel overwhelmed.
– Focus on the fun: Wrestling is a unique and entertaining experience! Don’t be afraid to cheer, boo, and get caught up in the excitement!

What to expect from a TCW show:
– Flashing lights.
– Flashing screens.
– Loud music.
– Loud crowds.
– Simulated violence (our sport involves scripted athletic performances, we unequivocally condemn violence in the real world).

With a little preparation, you can have a fantastic time at your first wrestling show!

Parking
The venue has asked us to encourage you to use Car Park A, which is free or Car Park C, which is Pay and Display. Car Park B will not be available during Mid Season Rumble…
